Requester will receive a message via their preferred method of contact confirming that the request has been received by AMAC
 

AMAC will send a text message to all relevant Responders in our database notifying them of the open request
 

When an AMAC Responder accepts the request, they will receive the Requestor's contact info
 

Requestor will be directly contacted by the Responder(s) so the individuals can discuss next steps together
